Oh I hate this guy I have to work with!!!! I keep putting up w/ his misoginist crap, and his total lack of respect for other’s people belongins. And I’ve even learned to tolerate his total lack of respect when he never even says hi, or responds when you utter those words to him… but today…. OMG!!!! today he crossed the line.
My secretary quit a month ago thanks to the massive ammount of work HE imposed on her while I was away taking care of my mom. Now, HE is responsible for finding me a new secretary and in the meanwhile he told me I could ask HIS current secretary for some stuff.
Well, neither has he found me a new one, nor stick to his promise. Since today I asked her for some work to do, and she goes crying to her boss, who sends an e-mail to EVERYONE on the department specifying the nature of the poor little girl’s responsabilities, and that if anyone should ask anything else from her they should ask him for his permission.
Oh, I am sorry i didn’t know BEING ON FACEBOOK AND CHATING W/ HER BOYFRIEND ALL DAY LONG were part of her paying job.
Of course, I am not that mean to tell him that, altough I did imply she was surfing the web at the moment I requested her to do something for me.
Seriously!!! Seriously!!!! and this is the guy who gives lectures on team work, and organizational behavior.
