so why am I studying glacial processes?

Maybe in 50 years there will be one that says: ”When I was your age, Earth had glaciers.”

My very first blog was named "The Accretion Disk surrounding my Event Horizon ", as a metaphor representing the fact that the all the material in my blog was egocentrically focused on anything surrounding ME, so I'm the black hole that catches the stuff that goes by... and sometimes...
